Hi Hawkeye,welcome to the forum.
Not sure what ure trying to achieve here but perhaps some research from your end is required with regards to auction runs (demand preferences whether common, scarce, htf, rare) choice of quantity per week(conducive),single items postage bother and loss to buyers if uncombined, etc and most importantly your model pricing cos u really dont want to waste precious time sitting and hoping for a sale.

Hi Numi

Thank you for your reply - what I am trying to achieve is to learn from matchbox experts on this forum - this is a new market for me - so it looks like I am learning another valuable lesson.

I take it I am in the correct area of the forum?

Hi All

Hmm...Interesting found this following on from earlier comments on this thread .... is the sale price of £31.77 on 13th July 2014 just down to the window colour variation? or has the buyer simply paid too much? as a newbie would be interested in any further comment.

Amber glass is harder to find and the winning bidder really wanted it as did the under bidder. Good price for the seller.

Especially with Superfast models, the devil really is in the detail, and a non-standard colour of a single plastic component can transform a model's value. The standard models were produced in such numbers that they remain comparatively cheap, even mint and boxed.
