Hi Jason
You are right, sorry, but I am blind. Perhaps now it is already correct. Please comments or contributions.

I am not 100% sure about the order of models with small/large number plate. Because I have found a model with one central ring and it has small number plate I suppose that the model with small number plate is an earlier code.

Finally I have got it. The last one in my collection with single ejector ring but with mask sprayed silver trim to bumper, hand applied red trim to tail light.
Three models with single ejector ring and:
a) hand applied silver trim to bumper, hand applied red trim to tail lights
b) mask sprayed silver trim to bumper, hand applied red trim to tail lights
c) mask sprayed silver trim to bumper, small number plate & tail lights

Antonin, from a timeline viewpoint, wouldn't it make more sense to place your #5 at position #3. Also, to swap over your #12 and #13?

Martin, by #12 and #13 had the priority the type of the axles, the DC axles were before DR axles. Dark blue colour of the model could be due to the strange delivered painting.
By #5 and #3, I do not know. More logical for me is the chronological evolution by silver trim,... HA silver trim, MS silver trim, MS silver trim to rear number plate..... #5 could come into existence that some forgotten batch of bodies with single ejector ring was put to painting, or there were two moulds for short time in production. It could be changed the masks for silver trim also. I do not know. It It depends on your prevailing opinion, for which order in the list we make the definitive decision.
