The one on ebay looks to have had the baseplate rivet drilled, No doubt to swap a playworn body for one in better condition.

Your baseplate is new in comparison to the heavily chipped body and inconsistent.Also check the base for glue/epoxy and check the wheels & ends for tampering.

The base plate does look very clean in comparison to the body work which is certainly inconsistant. There also appears to be some tool marks/damage to the GPW wheel in the second of those images.
