Re: Is this one for the cabinet or beater box .
There's a gap where the rivet head meets the baseplate, I would say a baseplate swop and it's been forced over that rivet head by hand.

Maybe it's the photo, but the windows look strange because the front and rear screens and the quarterlight look in a normal position but the section that fits under the roof has dropped, I wonder if it cracked completely?motorman wrote:The glass is also fitted poorly!!!. With this enhanced image, it does look like the baseplate has a larger diameter hole than the rivet neck would need for a tight fit. This would allow the base to be movable with force, before any tampering to get the baseplate off completely.
On this particular example, I believe the original baseplate has been forced over the rivet head and a replacement 'Regular Wheel' baseplate fitted in it's place to create this coloured model.

Beater box for that one I'd say. Looks like a clear base swap.

Is that a hole i see with perhaps a view of epoxy glue or just a depression shadow.Try pulling off this base with a little force and perhaps this rivet head would easily drop off.
