Hi Alex, some more nice superfasts for your collection. The VW looks stunning and oh! that box, could live with that even without the model inside, just superb.
Alex, did you mention on another thread you partiuclarly like Ford Mustangs, if it was, how many do you have and how about a group photo of them, no rush, just thought it would be nice to see them together.

Cheers,
Ghosty.

Interesting to see what appears to be the imprint of a car tyre on the rear window of the Mustang - seen a few like this before after years in a stuffy toybox with another car pressing down on it..........

I see what you mean Mick but it looks more like some sort of heat damage to me judging by the raised bits around the edge

This is a possibility Mick but i am inclined to think that Reg's theory about heat damage may be a more likely explanation. It may also be this damage that put off other bidders for this mustang, which is crazy because despite this minor glazing problem, this is a lovely very displayable rare Mustang.

No probs Reg, I have to admit i like Micks theory that the defect on the glass has been caused by the wheel of another model pressing down on it, but when you touch it there appears to be a raised edge around the entirety of the defect so i could have been something hot that caused the damage as you have suggested. Not a problem to me though it was still a good price.
