Its almost midnight in the UK as I write this (on my HP laptop), and I have just gone into the browser settings on my VAIO and cleared all browser history and cookies, guess what my VAIO can now do, it has allowed me access to the forum...thank f**ck for that.

So, once again I have opened 'Internet Explorer' searched for...Vintage British Diecast Forum...found the page heading, clicked on it and have got to the first page, the 'Board Index' page, put the cursor on the blue strip displaying the 'Board Index' title and right-clicked, giving me the chance to create a short-cut to the forum on my Desktop...this is how I always enter the forum, so at the moment I am back to normal and have put away the large hammer...

Stand by for the next installment of..."Kevin goes loopy over laptops" coming to a computer near you very soon...

Well, so far the VAIO is OK, the HP is OK, but the DELL is fast becoming scrapable, the screen is now only attached to the base via it's cable!! so when I use it, I have to hold the screen with one hand.

Bloody computers have been the bain of my life for a number of years now...Image

The library is the smallest room in the house where my old dad used to go to read his newspaper on a Sunday, we knew he'd finished reading when we heard the running water lol
