Isn't that Matchbox's version of the Dinky die cast kit sets!
Looks fine to me Mike, you just need the set of assembly instructions and parts list. They have started the paint plan for you, indicating that this particular vehicle should be painted red. Also looks like you can have two versions - with or without the canopy!
