#55b Fairlane police car decal

a private seller offers me this #55b Fairlane police car. I think the decal is just cut out.
What is your opinion? Should I buy it?

It's got good paint but it's a bit of a grainy photo. Are the decals on the doors normal? (btw has it got black wheels?)

Hi Johnboy,
I didn't took this picture, the seller send it per mail. And its the only picture I have.
I'll ask the seller politly if he could send me another picture and it would be great if the police car has grey or silver wheels.
I wonder at the decal, but it's probably cut out.

Here is the whole picture, but it doesn't become clearer which type of wheels were fitted.

Its very hard to see the wheels here but I am leaning towards BPW type.

It would be nice to get a clearer photo so you know what you are dealing with. The roof beacon looks slightly different or perhaps it just has a little damage.

The second picture also shows that the decal is just cut out, as I guessed before.
For conclusion there is sadly nothing special on it.

Never mind Linus, the hunt for those special models never ends
