Hello Tim, do you know about what time of day the images went off the forum, if you can estimate a time when this happened, it normally takes about two hours to resolve itself and your images should come back.

This is a common occurrence with 'Photobucket' and is worrying when it happens, but it only affects certain accounts, so not everybody suffers from it. Sometimes it is down to your 'Bandwidth Limit' being reached, but usually you do get a warning 'flag up' on your account page somewhere.

Hope it does resolve itself soon, if not all you can do is send email to them and get them to sort it out.

I would suggest you guys to use Flickr.. best image uploader I ever had to use. Best part? No such stuff as Bandwidth Limit and so on and on top of that has built in image sizes options, so all I have to do is get the url link of one of the standard sizes.. plus image uploading is basicly unlimited. I currently have 1,098 Photos and I am uploading pics pretty much few times a week.

Tim (tjlglass), fill us in on you 'Photobucket' problem, roughly how long was the problem evident, did it resolve itself and is it now working the same as it used too.

The current up-loading feature is quite easy, do you find this is so on your own account.

As you probably know, many forum members here use 'Photobucket' so it is handy to know of any problems and the type of problems experienced.

Thanks,

Ghosty.

I havent been able to copy any links to my photos on photobucket to share on forums in the traditional way at all this year, there is some sort of block on copying the link sections - I have never paid anything to photobucket and use Firefox to access the site -anyobody know any way I can get those links to my photos to share again?
I have a flickr account with over 2000 mostly bus photos but havent used it for forums before...........

Only once in ten years have I had trouble with photobucket, some how it corrected its self, as you can see I post my photos every Friday with-out any trouble, or am I just lucky ?

My photobucket stuffed up ages ago which is why I don't post photo's any more. I've never found the photo's.
Unfortunately I have loads to share but are currently unable to do so.
I might try Flickr then.

I definitely recommend Flickr - best free hosting out of here and I never had problems with it. It also comes with built in image resizer function! :P
