5a Double Decker Bus, issued 1954, length 50mm, box types A and B.
5b Double Decker Bus, issued 1957, length 57mm, box type B.
5c Routemaster (AEC), issued 1960, length 66mm, box types B-C and D.
5d Routemaster (AEC), issued 1965, length 70mm, box types E and F.

I love the idea of this unknown variation George, it is a nice example you have shown us! It does make sense that Lesney may have used up stocks of the early labels early on, but yours is the first I have ever seen with them. Can any other Forum members show us a second example of the 5B using early 5A labels instead of their later larger decals we all know so well? :mrgreen: kwakers

Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.
