I am sure your 'Eagle Eyes' are even more focused with a loupe Numi, so let me be the first to congratulate you on a very rare original decal variation on top of that very desirable and odd body and base combination. On top of that, it's only having three axle rings probably makes it almost a unique Lesney variation that Antonin and I may never see vanish from our telephone book sized 'Want Lists'......... I guess that means you will not sell it to me cheap then?? LOL
That same size number 5 is on the Yesteryear Bently as Ghosty points out above, and they were also used on the 52B BRM Racer, but I have never seen them as on your 19B before. Great Find Girl! kwakers

Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.
