Showing the casting variation on the rear wheel arch.
The model on the left is the common off white with small rear wheel arches. on the right is the rare white with enlarged wheel arches

Hello Dan, I was convinced I had one with a small #3 but after checking it against my others I was wrong, which is a pity. :( :(
The hunt goes on and on.

Hello Fintail, I think that one sees less and less of the GPW 3b models come up for sale or even in the auctions.

Hi Dan & George
It is not easy to spot the small number 3. I am enclosing photos to compare it.

Hello Antonin, going on Stannards listing the small #3 comes on the 45 tread bpw wheel, but looking at your photo of the two models together, your one with a small #3 appears to be on a 24 tread wheel. :? :? I have not checked on Nicks listings, as yet should of checked before I did this post.

Hi George
It's an optical illusion, my model with small #3 has BPW ø11,5x45.
