Latest phishing attempt, this one tries to pull at the heart strings (evil bastards!)

Please only contact me through my personal email below as i had to use my doctor's email in sending you this initial mail: xxxdeletedxxx

I am Mrs Leah Mitchell, suffering from terrible terminal cancerous ailment.I was married to Mr.Edward Mitchell,my husband worked with Chevron/Texaco in the United Kingdom for twenty years before he died in the year 2005.My late husband deposited the sum of 17.5 Million (Seventeen million Hundred Thousand Pounds) with a Bank in United Kingdom.

Recently,my Doctor told me that I have limited days to live due to the stroke and cancerous problems I am suffering from. I have decided to donate this fund to you. and want you to use this husbands effort to fund the upkeep of widows and charities worldwide.I took this decision because I do not have any child that will inherit this money and my husband relatives are bourgeois and very wealthy persons and I do not want my husband's hard earned money to be misused.

Awaiting your urgent reply via my email.address: xxxdeletedxxx where personal details can be exchanged to start a transfer of funds:
With God all things are possible.

Your Sister in Christ,
Mrs Leah Mitchell

Johnboy, despite your first initial comment...I trust you have not hesitated to get in-touch with this fortune just waiting to be deposited into your own Bank, and can I just say...I always thought you were the best forum member here, with quick replies to my posts and a very level-headed approach to collecting and your No.1 position at the top of my Christmas card list has never been threatened.

Yours truly, the best friend you have, Ghosty.

I know they are funny but what truly amazes me is that people still get taken in by this crap. Its one of the biggest growth areas online with frauds running into billions from greedy people. Best thing to do is wind them up and tell them their mate had all the money sent to him privately - hopefully then they will torture him and shoot him to find out what he did with the money so one less to deal with !
