Yes Alex, this is one picture from that set by our dear friend "Naji", would you like to see them together here?

#24 blue loose has 5 on bonnet the one from the view master has a 1 . That could be the difference ?.
Chop suey has a untrimmed cows head . note the big flap on the top of it.

I remember going thru 100's of cartons years ago at the importers went thru every carton and thru every box. you would be surprized how many different cars are in a carton of meant to be all the same.
Maybe orders to New Zealand had lots of fillers in the Cartons, As we got German and French cars. Like the Green #69e
The person that owned the place also went thru every new lot and kept one of each that was different , He's long passed I have asked his daughter about her fathers Matchbox cars and she said she has never seen them,, So they might have been biffed , The Wharehouse has moved 2 or 3 times in the past 20 years , so it looks like they have gone.

Steve is right that the yellow and blue Team Matchbox cars come up quite frequently here compared to the UK. The red is definitely the most common one though. I've found the orange one the hardest to find.

Not sure what I'm looking at with the Chop Suey - looks normal to me? The black fork version is reasonably hard to find though. Chrome forks very hard to find.

The Fandango is less common with the 6 label, it's usually found with the 35 label as on the box (both red and white cars), but not too hard to find with 6. There are many variants of Fandango which makes it fun - labels, different coloured body, fan, interior, windows and base in a multitude of combinations, many tough to find.

I think the decals on the Monteverdi did not originate in the Lesney factory.

The type J box for the Rescue Hovercraft is reasonably easy to come by, but I doubt this particular variant came in the standard box - this colourway is from the Adventure 2000 set, so somewhat harder to come by than the normal Metallic Lime Green with tan base/skirt.

Cheers,
Gavin
Hi, I remember the Adventure 2000 set , But that had a 2000 label.
New Zealand also got all of the different airlines of the bus #65E
