The boat's name is Chimera, A mythical fire breathing lion with a goats head coming from the middle of it's back and a snake for a tail which dates back to the days of the Centaur and Pegasus. At least a chimera was thought to be mythical until we discovered genetic profiling. It is where non identical twins fuse together in the womb and form a single baby, so a chimera has two sets of dna, different areas of the body can have either type of dna, and the easiest way of identifying a chimera is that they quite often have different colour eyes,
Google Human Chimera or Human Chimera images.
I researched this after I bought the boat, and by coincidence I happen to have different colour eyes. So the name stays, the boat is 35 years old and has always been called Chimera.
The Chimera's marine radio callsign is MBLK7, MatchBox Lesney King 7, no, how about MatchBox Lesney Kid 7, Or MatchBox Lesney Knick 7
OK, hands up who said MatchBox Lesney Knowall 7.
MatchBox Lesney Kid 7 has a nice ring to it.
So I recon the Chimera has my mark all over it, seems like it was destined to be mine.

...and yes, it seems she was destined to be yours, on a similar note...my first Rolls-Royce has ..."2 KB"...etched on all the windows, that used to be it's personalised number plate, my name is Kevin Bailey...THIS CAR IS GOING TWO KEVIN BAILEY!
