New Additions.

Post by YYS4BOB »

Picked these up from the post office today.
Preproduction Y5-4 Talbot.

Image
Fairly unremarkable from this view.

But more interesting from the back.

Image
Usual prepro base with incomplete date and no Y No.

Y26 Crossley with colour trial barrels

Image
These turn up in various shades of red, with different shades on the barrel components on some occasions.

Hi Bob, must have missed this post, I have just got the white one with the same base. Also a standard base model but in silver with green wheels.

I got one in dark green with no tampo, my sister brought it home when she worked for Lesney. I repainted it...

Have your silver one as well Jason but also one with the original label on. It was a trial for the 75th anniversary model that never made it like the coloured Sunbeams. The label is a silver foil sticky one.
