Not really. What I do know is that they were made for some event commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Traction Avant in 1984, and that they were made by some organisation in the Netherlands. It may have been this event: http://www.motormeisje.be/Rudyhadee/nav3.htm. Examples turn up frequently at Houten. I picked one up there cheaply myself once, but being Code 3 it is not officially part of my collection.
(Side note: it is not part of my Citroën collection either, as I regard the TA not as a hydropneumatic model - despite the existence of the late run 15 CV H.)
