Seeing red

Post by Lrrp59 »

With all the variations of red that Lesney produced, I've never seen a 52 BRM shade variant. Does anyone have one?
For fun I've posted some of my favorite reds.

Thanks,

Jeff

Jeff Hi, by the looks of these "Red" models...some of them look to be orange (when looking at my screen) The only real "Red" looking model is the one on the bottom right. The No.59 fire chief car and the SF model Looks like it could be a Bulgarians...But all look very nice ;)

Hi Dave,

Not an eastern model in the bunch. The Mustang would be the most orange. It would seem my Nikon hates replicating red.
Perhaps a outdoor shot is in order.

hey Jeff...is that one #75 ferrari with tow hitch a regular wheel

nice group of red brms too!
Please use a web hosting site (like photobucket) to store pictures so you can post them here, using attachments makes it hard to view the pictures when you have to scroll to see them. Seeing comparisons of models is hard to see with attachments too.

Jeff, the mustang and the 2 JAGUAR XK 140 COUPES look to be the same colour...As for the SF I'm new to the SF models  and the wheels looked like they could be "eastern"

Two red ones I like. Both came in the same lot I got a few weeks ago.
Supposedly the pickup is a prepro because the seller claims it came without the windshield.
Don't know if that makes it an error or a prepro?

Nick would that be on the inside roof of the cab? The three models I have I can't tell what holds the windshield in.
