A wonderful present

Post by kerbside »

Here is a model I have looked for, for ages and what turned up today in the post. A package from Dan (Brad Pittiful) in side so well packed I thought that it was the Crown Jewels. No but it was the Jewel in the Crown, thank you very very much Dan for the 65c model. :) :) :) :o .

Here is the model.

hi George...glad it made it there safe and sound...glad you like it!...i received a couple models in wooden cases and since it had a long unpredictable journey i thought this was the perfect time to use the wooden box..so keep it and if you ever send something to someone you can rest easier sending it in that wooden box like i did

youre welcome...enjoy it!

Congratulations George! It is such a delight to finally lay hands on a variation that has eluded you for so long! It was the eagle-eyed Dan who also assisted me in putting one of these open-step rarities on my shelf. Thank you Dan as always for assisting our friend George. One of the world's finest collections has grown again thanks to your skilled search and generous heart!
