Just noticed the K9-A . With a measurement of 3 4/4 . ?

Was going to make a start on the display today . Then I saw the first measurement 3 7/10 . I have never had to use tenths of an inch in my life. There is another further down as well. Has anyone ever used tenths of an inch before ? I grew up with metric so fractions are a bit of a challenge at most of times . Then I see this . lol
