If I knew then what I know now...I would have moved the Earth to get one of the large 'GAMMA' Tin-plate type, DB 5 models, now very sought-after. This was like a bigger version of the Corgi DB 5, lots of working features and silver-grey!

Gilbert toys made several 007 toys. This is one I always wanted.

Have to agree with motorman and moyboy. However. Perhaps a close second. Solitaire. Jane Seymour is still a beauty.

Re: Whats your favorite James Bond toy?
Here is the 'GILBERT' DB 5, the one marketed as James Bond's Aston Martin, they did another one in a modified box which says...Secret Agent's Aston Martin. This is usually because the Licence is not renewed for that particular toy company and they either have to change the model or the box (sometimes both), and so you will have to search out both versions of the Gilbert model.

That would be a negative good buddy. Just google Dr.No or Urusla Andress. Fine looking woman.motorman wrote:Lrrp59

The models are garbage but the blisters are nice. Found these in Mexico a couple of years back. Never seen them on ebay.

Re: Whats your favorite James Bond toy?
Jane Seymour is my favourite James Bond toy. - I saw her film at a very impressionable age and have always been attracted to slim natural looking medium sized women and the only older woman I still rate
I still have the boxed silver Corgi Aston I was given for my 9th birthday,I would never sell it unless my financial situation was very bad and 80% of my collection that means less to me was already sold!

Re: Whats your favorite James Bond toy?
A very recent model introduction (2010), has become a favourite, it comes as a 'Part-Work' attached to a James Bond themed magazine. It's the Silver Cloud from "A View To A Kill" and it is a good representation of that car, because the Silver Cloud Standard Saloon body is a difficult one to capture, but I think they have made a very good job of it.
A supply of good cheap Silver Cloud models was also handy for chopping and converting into other variants and this is a much better model than the 'SOLIDO/VEREM' version.
