I don't think I can revive the auction site, I will be uploading some of my own stuff that I want to sell pretty soon.
As for deleting outdated posts, The basic post is a few kilobytes of text so it really takes up no space, when a post gets no more replies it drops to the bottom of the page and eventually goes on to page 2 so it is as good as gone anyway.
