I find George's posts and pictures very helpful and informative. I've learnt a lot jut by using his photos as a resource.
The quality of the photos is great and they're always well set out with a clear explanation.
I struggle with many of the colour variations, trying to understand differences between, sea-green, turquoise, blue
but a clear photo such as George provides clarifies the differences.
George, please continue and be reassured by the positive comments from the community.

George, I thought all us Aussies were a thick skinned lot ! We all get those kind of posts now and again as there is always some idiot with a gripe. Although not a great RW collector I love learning about them and without Nick's site and the contributors who post about them would know very little about this side of the hobby.
So more power to your posting George and the rest of you - love it all.

Hallo George
Also I love your posts and detailed photos and it is wonderful when there are members who take the work for a forum and a forum must live.
Cheers Mathias

Keep up the good work, George. Your show is the inspiration for me to visit Nick's other site more often.

Thanks for getting back on the forum Mr Marshall.Im in agreement with all other members posts regarding your reason for your absence and your prolific contributions that u had endeavoured.Know that we are all grateful and acknowledge you as our senior and an experienced collector with the wealth of knowledge that u share.kerbside wrote:Hello all, thank you for the posts about missing my posts on the Diecast #, some time back I had a derogatory email from a collector who must have got my email address from the MCCH site.
Among other remarks he said that by the number of reply posts to my Diecast section I was wasteing my time as every thing I posted could be seen on Nicks variation site, and as for starting from #1 all over again was even more less interesting.
I did not recognize the sender, but he must look in at this site with-out joining up.
How picky some collectors can get, these sort of people can ruin a good thing for other collectors (pity)

Im glad that u had shelved this issue from the anonymous writer and buried the torch.Let this not worry you as much as it does him cos what he thinks about you is solely his business and no reason at all for u to consume it.Hope i had come across correctly which could help soothe any aches.
All the best and hope to see your weekly posts in your designated spot.
