Wow, that is a very clean Caravan you have there GPW. This is the same base as the two codes I have with those 4 axle braces on the base. I have not seen any of the first base casting 23As without these axle braces, so I can't get an idea of how rare they are at all. Just as with the 2A Dumper with green wheels, these early base 23As may not have been shipped to the U.S. in any quantities. kwakers
