TOO SLOW VECTIS

At last. My parcel has arrived today!!! 21 days after the end of the auction.

I have so far been unable to get into the parcel as it has at least 100 metres of parcel tape wrapped around it. The box is also big enough to put a pair of boots in, so i anticipate that i will have further boxes inside to unwrap before i get to the goodies.

I will update you in a couple of days, that is if i dont cut my fingers off in the process of opening this mother up!

Slightly over wrapped Vectis, but i really shouldn't complain as clearly they like to ensure items reach their winning bidders in one piece!

I'm not really complaining that Vectis is over packing the items just that they need to streamline the process a little bit. The care in packaging is there but why take all that time making a custom size box that fits perfectly around two models and then putting it in another box. If they would just take the time to carefully wrap the items in bubble wrap and then place them in a larger container with packing material on all sides then the items would be just as well protected and wrapped in half the time. It must take them hours making all those custom size boxes that could be put to use sending out more packages. I will continue to buy from Vectis even if I have to wait but I would just like to see faster turn a rounds after the auctions.
