Not Just Model Cars

We spend a lot of time complaining about Ebay and PayPal and how Ebay always sides with the buyers, but, as this article shows, the problems are not just restricted to model cars.

The ebay management are the biggest bunch of crooks on the planet. I will be closing my ebay account very soon. They will not get any more of my money.

A friend if mine has sold his Harley-Davidson twice on EBay. First time the bid went a lot higher than he expected. Someone won it and has never been in contact with him. Won't respond to emails or anything. Second time he relisted he forgot to out a reserve on it. At the end of the auction it sold for less than he was wanting but decided to honor the winning bid. Again he has never heard from or been able to contact the buyer.
eBay refuses to do anything about it, says there is nothing they can do and even tried to charge him for the listing. Supposedly they refunded their fee but he hasn't seen it yet.
