I think these are both on Pat's site:
Top one = 53B-D1-2a
Bottom one = 53B-D2-3a
Unless I have missed something. I think the top one (D1) is probably the harder to find. In general, I see fewer D1 boxes than D2, and the D2 boxes outnumber D1 in my collection by about 2 to 1. That said, they may be more common for some models than others.
