22c Pontiac GP

Post by johnboy »

For some reason it took me a while to find a late issue, with a flat black base and lighter paint. Comparing this one, it has longer braces on the base than my others. I've got a feeling this may have come up before but I thought I'd post it just in case.

Hi John,
welcome in club, the same by me. It took me ages before I got it. Some models do not like me and avoid me :D

Thanks Dan, I'm glad someone is awake :D I wonder if the long braces only occur on the late issues with the flat black bases? Mines a code 14.

You are right Brad, this large tow guides are typical for the variation with the long braces. I would like to know, if there is a variation with long braces and small tow guides also.
