Re: 33b Ford Zephyr 6
I hate to say it Wolfie, but I think your lightest still has too much stock color in it and not enough true green to be sea green. It is very different than your others, so now everyone can see the spectrum and confusing varieties on the Zephyr's colors and shades. As Joe just said though, monitors, and also cameras can vary, so my opinion is based on my monitor and your camera, not very scientific at all. kwakers

There are 4 obvious shades that also match the aging of the casting production cycle with cars getting progressively lighter and wheels going gray, silver then black

Nightmare the colour variations with this one! Not helped by online sellers having differing interpretations of the words sea green etc! Happy hunting!

You could try just buying every cheap one you can - sooner or later you'll find one. Or go bankrupt!regularguyuk wrote:Nightmare the colour variations with this one! Not helped by online sellers having differing interpretations of the words sea green etc! Happy hunting!

When I was looking on ebay for one of these to add to my collection I found I kept on being outbid by the same guy, not just once but over and over, I checked his feedback and he had bought literally hundreds of zephyrs - but no other models at all, weird eh.Taniwha wrote:You could try just buying every cheap one you can - sooner or later you'll find one. Yes, that's a bit strange to say the least. Mental note: I must list all my Zephyrs over the next monthnickjones wrote:When I was looking on ebay for one of these to add to my collection I found I kept on being outbid by the same guy, not just once but over and over, I checked his feedback and he had bought literally hundreds of zephyrs - but no other models at all, weird eh.Taniwha wrote:You could try just buying every cheap one you can - sooner or later you'll find one.
