Can somebody help me finding out what make this is?

Hi There.

I bought a job lot of all sorts and this was inbetween all stuff of corgi, dinky, tin toys, action man accessories and other stuff, just cant figure out what the make is on this...

Does it have something to do with the action man stuff you think?

I have seen similar pressed toys before, I think it will be Nulli Secundus. I don't know much about them but there was quite a diverse range of toys with this name.
