thanks for the sharp eye(s).. I also found some missed spots behind wheels on close inspection... lesson learned .. break out the loupe b4 posting silly question... never trust the reading glasses .. thx

odd 39a zodiac var.

I have what seems to be a 39a code 1 or 2 but it has domed/crimped axles... not sure if this is a legit variation.. anyone come across similar examples?

thanx guys... i am just excited to have something a little special.. though mine is seemingly the beater of the bunch so far ... Mike... yours is really nice like Reg's .... lots of paint.. i am envious... oo well ... something to keep an eye out for....

that one is sweet Reg... i wish mine had half that much paint left... very nice... Kwakers... thanks for the scrutinous eye... went and had another closer look with a loupe... what little bit of yellow decal is left on the nose is definitely on top of the orange paint... also goes for what little bi...

possible 19d 1b Orange lotus var.

came across this recently and think it fits the desc. unless im seeing wrong... has all characteristics of 19d 1a except the color... pics of axle ext / mixed type base below... need you all to confirm or show me what i missed... can take more photos if needed...

thanx for the input Reg, will give it another go with the brake fluid. I have been afraid of soaking it in brake fluid too long and removing all the paint by accident. And yes the Duaphine trailer seems to have been near mint when it was painted over... the cavalier as well. the victor and the crest...

thanks for the interest... first off, yes J. the dauphine is metallic green throughout. (and is the main reason i grabbed these.. though they are all pretty good if i can get the paint off) .. the cavaielr trailer is lime yellow throughout.. the victor is pale yellow and the cresta seems to be off w...
