I put some of the wheels on a prepro seafire trailer

Here's some close up pictures
I cannot find my micrometer to check the axle thickness or wheel dimensions but will add them when it reappears
The axles are thicker the normal but do not seem as thick as regular wheels axles
I can just make out a number 14b on one wheel

The lighter one is the first issue from 76 darker from 78
This is only from the latest Ramsay's guide as I have no other information to hand and know nothing about super/speed kings

Has anyone seen the darker blue one before without the extra chrome details
I am aware of it in red or white
