It is a big scam from e-bay to make more dosh out of sellers. What I have done is emailed the sellers and asked if they can ship the packet through regular mail and not a 2nd part like Pitney Bowes. On both occasions the sellers agreed to ship without using global shipping. It doesn't hurt to ask. ...
