Thanks Mike.
I'm in the process of selling my collection so I have only blue Lincolns left. If your photo shows the sea green 33b, then I know mine is not sea green.
Thank you for your help. Just for fun I'll show my chippies.

33b Ford Zephyr - Help with color designation.
Hello All, I need help with authenticating the color on my 33b Zephyr. I think it is the sea green version and I would like your opinions. I don't have another 33b for comparison so I chose a couple of familiar models for comparison. The Zephyr has chips on the roof and I was going to put it togethe...

Re: 31b Ford Station Wagon - Variation question
Jason, I think you have explained away the listing mystery. A seller might describe silver as grey based on what he sees and has no intention of misleading a buyer. In fact, after I looked again today under close inspection the wheels on the model in question are obviously silver. What began this fa...

Re: 31b Ford Station Wagon - Variation question
Nick, I don't see that combination in the variation guide. Nor can I find it listed in any variation guide. Crimson or maroon baseplate always = Silver or Black, never Grey wheels. In fact, that is how it is described in the review from the guide. "The model was recoloured to metallic green wit...

Re: Superfast Casting # 31
Hello all,
I have a question about the 31d Volks-Dragon. What are the "listed" sizes of the front and rear wheels?
My micrometer shows 11.3 x 6.2mm on the front and 13.8 x 7.8mm on the rear. Is this due to rounding the numbers?
Thank you,
Michael E

Re: 20b ERF Ever Ready Decal question.
Nick, thank you for responding. I will put this one in the "Do Not Sell" area on my display. It will go next to my excellent 35a Horse Box with red tail lights. :o I'm selling my collection on ebay and will not sell a known "touch-up" model. One reason for that is at some point s...

20b ERF Ever Ready Decal question.
Hello all,
Can someone spot a problem with this decal? If so, could this possibly happen without human intervention?
Thanks,
Michael E

Re: 18b and tread replacement. No longer Code 1?
Tinman, thank you for expounding on the subject. After reading, I relaxed my focus on the treads and went back to looking at the model as a whole. I appreciate you taking the time to do that.
Nick, of course I always value your opinion.

Thank you Tinman for your response.
I suppose the use of the word "value" is as it relates to whether or not I can sell it on ebay. I don't sell any models that are not Code 1. Since I'm selling my complete collection any modified, repainted, etc., models are of no value to me.
