Re: Still ticking of the 'G' boxes
Hi all. I'm also hunting for these with and without "NEW" G type boxes. Some of the latter are tricky to get. Johnny Pimp, you seem to list 30 pairs in existence. I only know of 28, being : 03A - 06A - 08b - 10A - 18A - 19b - 21A - 22b - 23A - 24A - 25A - 29b - 34A - 35A - 36b - 38A - 42A...

Re: RW 75b Red Ferrari
Gene, this red Ferrari looks like a cracker! A beautiful model that I would be psyched to have in my collection.  Congratulations! Two questions: 1. in the photo, the glazing looks to be slightly smoked. Is this an optical illusion and is this typical for the red Ferraris? 2. The...

Re: My 2014 Superfast finds
This one is also on Christians site and I think it is owned by Jim Gallegos, is it like this John? It could be, Rob. Although mine appears to be a shade darker and doesn't have labels. These may have been removed but there isn't any trace of them at all. http://i508.photobucket.com/albums/s329/matc...

A good spot, Rob!Rob wrote:Superb find John, it looks very similar if not the same to this one on Christians site...
I wonder how many of the same colour combos were put together for the management meetings?
I've got a colour trial 62 Rat Rod Dragster in dark red which I've seen a few of over the years.

Thanks, Hugh.Idris wrote:Very, very nice indeed, and not a pre-production I've seen before.
I thought the same until Rob showed the photo above. It's a dead ringer for it, purple windows and all!

Re: My 2017 Superfast finds
I feel like I've had quite a successful 2017 up to now. I'm not sure if I've been fortunate or simply looking harder. Although narrowly outside my collecting sphere, this pre-production 51d Citroen S.M. was too nice a find to turn down: - http://i508.photobucket.com/albums/s329/matchboxforsale/1-DSC...

Re: 14d not so easy
Very nice John. I was fortunate to pick one up somtime ago. I can't really see any turquoise in it, but I'll have another look in natural light. This is a nice casting and the colour shades display well. That's three very noticeable shades you have, John. I think mine matches your lightest model an...
