This is a Ford Thames 15 cwt Van made from plastic by the Minic Company, It was made to HO/OO scale as it was intended to be used as an accessory on a Model Railway layout. It is almost exactly the same size as the Lesney #70a Thames estate car.

Two Ford Anglias and a Morris 1100 also from the Minic Range.

It looks like a late 40's Austin, I don't know who made it, any suggestions?
